Here at Strive we offer training programs for 8yrs and older. We have many individuals who want to improve their health and fitness while being coached weekly with a certified trainer.

STRIVE BOOT CAMP

We greet you with our team Shawn bootcamp themed songs for your warmup. Bootcamps created are different in each class and a fun way to keep you on your feet. The class style can range from: circuits, body weight, hiit, strength and much more. There is no better way than to keep your body guessing for maximum results!
All fitness levels are welcomed!

STRIVE-FIT

Strive-fit offers the most effective way to challenge your entire body with: stability, strength, plyometrics, endurance, and power. We also host monthly challenges and competition events like the Strive Games.
This class is a safer and more effective way to progress and break plateaus in your journey!

NUTRITION

Nutrition is one of the most important components of any lifestyle change. Good nutrition habits help us to lose weight but they also provide other amazing benefits like increase energy, improve mental clarity, lower blood sugar levels, lower blood pressure, and lower cholesterol to name a few. If you are looking for extra help with your nutrition, Shawn Groll, our certified nutritionist can help meet with you and develop an individualized program for you. From detox programs, that start at $99 and help eliminate toxins from your body, improve health, and promote weight loss. To helping you calculate your macronutrients and helping to clarify their correlation with losing stubborn fat, maintaining lean muscle mass, and keeping your body satisfied.
